Shine4job.in — Fake employment agency

I received a call from the number [protected] and they said that they are a Placement Company and will assist me in my job search.
They asked me to pay 3500 rupees as Registration. They directed me to their website and I made an online payment to the QR on the website . Once I made the payment they took all my information on the website itself and assured me that they will get back to me with interviews etc.

I did not receive any email from them and there is no contact and activity. They keep giving a date and never call back or follow up. Today they said that they have applied for a Refund for me.

I feel I have been cheated and going from past experience, they will not do anything about it. There is no name, or address.

Kindly take strict action against these scammers.
