Shinecity Infra Project Pvt Ltd — non refunding of installment amount

I am serving personnel of indian air force.in 2013 i was posted to lucknow during which period i purchased a plot in shinecity infra. Payment of which was to be made in installments. I paid installments upto 2017 but due to financial crisis. I requested for refund of my money and also agreed to surrender the plot, upon which i was told that we will refund your amount but you need to invest in our another project and i was forced to deposit rupees 44, 000 again although i got my previous installment amount but that 44, 000 still remains outstanding. Now i am posted to gujrat state. Still i managed to go to their office in lucknow but no got my money.
