Shineglobe — NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY

Sir/Mam I am a B.E[M.E]fresher and so to a get job i submit resume on different portals (when required). On August 2014 i received a call from a number in response to my Resume, as it is short listed for MARUTI SUZUKI company and so asked me to pay Rs.6000 as nominal/registration fee to confirm my joining which was assured to be totally refundable, if not confirmed. Then i, after various days of communications, submitted Rs.6000 to the account number provided. After this i received a call letter on the name of MARUTI SUZUKI but when i went there then i came to know that it was totally fake/fraudulent. I then asked them to refund my money, and from that day i.e. Aug 2014, to till today they are always making excuses excuses and excuses to refund my money after 2 day, 4 day 21 day...etc. and now also not receiving my phone calls so i have been harassed regarding this. I am giving their phone number(s) and email id from which communication was made and also my details & also attaching the receipt of money transaction as a proof of my statement.
