Shineprojob.com — shineprojob fraud in registration

I received phone call from from shineprojobs. Name soffia. Contact no.[protected]
She told rs.10 (Rupees ten only) for registration, i am no able to pay rs.10 through my hdfc debit card due to opt not recive but i received hdfc sms after transaction rs.4997, 5000, 9997 deducted in noida at paytm1293914 on 4/4/2018 at 11:42, 1144&12:46pm

I call to above said number, they told your amount mistakely process but they telling to give another debit card details, then only they will refund this information given
Now the no we trying get switch off massage.
What do, please clarify and help to refund my money
