Hi Team,
I would like to bring to your notice that I have booked your movers and packers for the movement of my TVS Wego scooter(Registration nos -- KA 51 EB 5525) from pune to bangalore and till date i have no proper information as to where the scooter is . I have paid RS 2700 for the transfer of the vehicle .
Contact person for the transfer of the vehicle is FIROZ NOOR KHAN and everyday i am given a new update . This has been going on for the last one week . Initially he told me the scooter will be delivered by wed(17th may ), then he told me that the scooter was held up and I had to again pay him rs 5, 800 . Then he told me scooter will be delivered by Friday(19th may) and then it was Monday(22nd may ) and today(23rd may) he tells me bike has been returned and now he has booked via GATI for which he had provided me Docker nos[protected] which if i check is showing as wrong docker id .
I have already paid twice . First RS 2700 and then some transfer fees --- Rs 5, 800 so, overall I have paid RS 8500 and till now I have no information on the vehicle . I am attaching all the proof,
Kindly look into the issue with priority and consider this as a proof of my communication .
