Shirdi Sai Packers Movers — running a fraud service

I post a request on sulekha for movers and packers. Many agencies picked my phone number from sulekha and contact me for the same. From all of them one was shirdi sai packers movers. Who gave me the quotation and ask me to pay advance online. So i paid him 750 rs through G-Pay at [protected]. before i transfer him the amount i have ask him to share his proof and he shared me the gst registration certificate (No - 27cbvpk5514p1zs, name - firoz noor khan) which i have verified on our government website which was active on same.
But the thing is that after they received money from me the denied the service.
Reason behind which they gave was that to transport my cycle from Mumbai to Pune, i have to get vehicle clearance for RTO. Who goes to RTO for cycle registration? But after that they didn't turn up to pick up. And as i don't have the RTO clearance for my cycle so they can't proceed.. So i ask them to refund but on that they were like the amount is invalid now so we cannot refund.
Then i tried to find details on google through numbers they were trying to contact me then i got to know that they are fraud and they have done this with many people. (Phone number - [protected])
With this number we can see on google that they have opened to many service of movers and packers and they are actually doing fraud using the same.

Main reason behind this type of people is that we provide gst certifacte without verifying physically, sulekha which share the numbers to non verified lister's
