With due respect it is stated that we are running CC account in yours bank by the name of Shiv Shakti Sales Corporation. The matter is that we send some money to our business party “Hans Raj and Sons Barnala” Rs. 800, 000/-(Eight lac only) in two NEFT, S Rs 4.00 Lac UTR NO. AXOEB[protected] on 12:29:09(time). and 4.00 Lac UTR NO.AXOEB[protected] on 12:30:31(time) on dated[protected] through online banking . But still this amount total rs 8.00 Lac has not been credited in the receivers account. When the receivers ask from us we told that the amount has been debited from our account on the same time, the party also inquiry from his PNB Bank, But party’s bank have no reliable answer that where is the money. We also inquiry from our URBAN ESTATE PHASE 2 branch, they told us that they can’t do anything, this problem is not related with them. So we don’t understand what we do now .Please do the needful and confirm the status of above mentioned UTR, S.
