I've given my bike(Suzuki Gixxer SF BLACK) for repairing. Since, it was under insurance, I had to keep my bike there for some time before they would start working.
I had asked them before giving for an estimated date, on which I would get back the bike. They told me the insurance would be taking approx 3 days for processing. After that they would be starting with the repairs. The insurance was processed as expected, by 3 days from depositing the bike there.
I thought that the only time left was the replacement time. So, I waited for again for a week. After that, I called for an update. The reply from them was the most unexpected 1. They had been keeping the bike there without having the required parts, and didn't even bother to inform me. 2 days back they said that in next 2 days the parts would be received by them, and today when I called them for an update, their reply is still the same.
I am facing a lot of trouble because of this. I have spent a lot of money on cabs in past few days. This is also against Suzuki company, if they don't have enough spares, why bother creating this much amount of bikes.
I would rather have kept my bikes the same way, than have given my bike for repairs, if I had known this. Was this information helpful? |
