On 23rd september 2017, i put queries for rented accommodation for panchkula at magicbricks.com.
On same day, abhishek called me and asked to come at sector 17 panckula, he show me few accommodation in sector 17 and sector 16. Those were not suitable for me.
He again called me on 24th september 2017 and his employee shown me different locations in 6 hours and we finalized 2 bed room set in sector 10, panchkula. But owner of that house was not available on that time. He asked us to pay rupees 2000 as token money. He promised to meet me the landlord.
Since he is agent with magicbricks’s, we paid him rupees 2000.
I planned to move during long weekend i. E. 30 sep to 2nd oct, i made all the arrangments to get shifted, i booked the vahicles and labour, i started packing, and i asked the previous landlord that we are moving.
But he again and again shifted the meeting with landlord till 3rd october 2017 and landlord never met me to discuss further.
On 3rd october 2017 i called abhishek and asked him to refund the token money since they are not able to provide us the accommodation. I was shocked with his response.
He asked me to never call him, and he refused to refund the token money and used very abusing words which i can’t share here. He also threatened me if i will come in panchkula in front of him, he will beat me.
Now if tried again to contact him and his employee, they have blocked my number.
