I got call from magna, she said i am from axis bank do you have any requirement of personal loan? I had urgent requirement so i thought to go with personal loan. I have asked to her how many days will take for processing to loan approval. She said 3 days, if there is no document issue (Processing fees 0.5 % & interest 11.49%). I am ready to take personal loan with axis bank & ask her to initiate loan. She send her office person to collect required documents, his name is bramha. He came to my office (Electronic city, bangalore) and collect documents on 19-aug-2019.
After that i have called and asked 21-aug-2019 about the status. She said login was completed you will get confirmation call from axis bank. I got call from axis bank logging department on 22-aug-2019 evening for collecting personal information.
I called and asked magna about the status, she gave her manager (Kishor reddy - shiva financial services, bangalore) number. I spoke with him he said end of friday amount will be credited to your account. But it was not happened.
I have called to him on 24-aug-2019, he said axis bank side was taken little more time, i will give application id you can check the status from axis bank site. But he shared some bar code instead of application id. That was not correct.
I called and asked axis bank logging department they have told your application id was not generated.
I have try to reach kishor on 26-aug-2019 many times through my mobile, he was not picking his mobile finally i have reached from land line. He said before end of the day bank agreement will be generated & executive will come and collect cheque, 27-aug-2019 amount will be credited to your account. But nothing was happened as promised.
I have try to reach him on 27-aug-2019, but i could not reach. I don't know about my axis bank personal loan.
I have spend lot of time to catch them but nothing was happened.
I had urgent requirement, they promised 3 days i can get but nothing was happened.
