I am K. Venkatesan. I have purchased new splendor Plus i3s Bike from Showroom Shiva motors, No 45, East Raja Street, Kanchipuram - 631502 during 2022. Only 3 months I used that bike without any problem. After three month whenever I pressed the brake huge sound came and all people surrounding me watching my bike. Whenever I went to the shiva motors, I raised this brake sound complaint to them, they also registered every time again next day same big sound came from bike brake. Eventhough I told the service persons of shiva motors they told repeatedly dust is there, we will clean it. But brake sound problem is not solved. Still I am running my bike with same kind of problem. This is big cheating happened for me. shiva motors service is very very worst. Please tell me the what is the solution for this. Shiva motors running such worst business in the name of Hero.
I am totally disappointed about this bike which I have purchased.
