Shivam Autozone India Pvt Limited (Vila Vilas Chalke — Car exchange fraud offer by vishal vilas chalke agent of shivam auto zone

Myself,

Mohammed Farooq Qureshi, Owner of Maruti Ertiga Deisel Car Registration no - MH 04 FF 6607, Thane Registration . Mumbai

I would like to lodge complaint against one person named Vishal Vilas Chalke. ( Pan card attached ). .A FRAUD CAR DEALER AGENT WORKING WITH SHIVAM AUTO, KANDIVALLI .

This person Vishal Vilas Chalke claiming to be maruti shivam auto zone agent kandivalli west Mumbai has cheated /Frauded me of my old Ertiga car by giving False exchange offer to take away my Ertiga car and provide me with new Maruti Ertiga Diesel ..through shivam auto zone kandivalli west mumbai .. He claimed to be an agent of Shivam auto zone kandivalli mumbai . He took away my car on 01/04/2017 after giving me a receipt of Rs 5, 75, 000/- ( in name of Shivam Auto zone ) (attached) and claimed to have made a booking for my new Ertiga car at shivam auto zone kandivalli west by depositing my old car sale amount in form of cheque of Rs 5, 75, 000/- from his end to shivam auto by cheque and towards booking amount of a new car for the same amount...and balance amount to be procurred as loan and . and till date he has not provided me my new car and shivam auto had taken booking for my car through him on my behalf . ..still I have not been given my new car by shivam auto as it had accepted the booking on my behalf from vishal vilas chalke ...by taking booking amount of Rs 5, 75, 000/- given by vishal chalke to shivam auto zone against purchase of my new car. (This payment was the amount vishal chalke procured by selling my old ertiga diesel and claimed to pay to shivam auto zone towards booking of .. my new Maruti Ertiga Diesel that he had claimed to have booked. ) . We had called up shivam auto two times and were told by their Booking staff named Namrata masrurkar that yes they have recieved the amount of 5, 75, 000/- for a ertiga by Vishal vilas Chalke and also the cheque of Rs 5, 75, 000/- which has been deposited in bank for clearing by shivam auto against our new car booking. Also vishal confirmed to me to pass a loan in my name for the remaining amount of the car price i.e whatever remained balance after the clearing of Rs 5, 75, 000/- cheque .

Now Further as the booking was supposed to progress … vishal started giving vague answers that cheque is in clearing and will be done soon and car will be ready soon .. is in kandivalli showroom …then he said it is in vasai yard …then he said it is in accessories fitting bhiwandi yard.. then he said im giving you a cancelled booking car of some other person who cancelled his booking and so he will transfer the cancelled booking to my name, , and many many answers ..but the new car was never delivered to us . I finally came to a conclusion that the cheque has bounced hence my car was not being delivered for the same.

Also after enquiring with another person who dealt with vishal vilas chalke I have found another same case before our case in which Shivam auto zone Kandivalli pvt ltd had taken booking for new car by exchange by vishal vilas chalke on behalf of Abdul Haq Ansari on 24/12/2016. Made at Shivam auto zone before my case. In which this cheque had also bounced and company has not taken any action against vishal vilas chalke as to why the cheque has bounced towards payment for new car for Abdul haq Ansari …I fail to understand that how shivam auto zone accepted cheque from vishal vilas chalke again towards new booking for my new car even though earlier cheques to shivam auto zone by vishal vilas chalke for new cars booking of Abdul haq Ansari had bounced .. I feel that there is an insider hand cooperating with vishal vilas chalke and assiting him in his fraud exchange offers .. (pls find reciept of abdul haq ansari attached also )

I have made police complaint to oshiwara police chowky and thane RTo for not transferring my old ertiga car to any other person as I was cheated .

I request to concerned authorities to take quick and appropriate action against the fraudster Vishal Vilas Chalke and his acssociates . So that any new citizens are not cheated like how I was cheated by him / people like him claming to be agents of Car dealing agencies.

I ADVISE CITIZENS TO BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDSTER AND NOT GIVE YOUR CAR TO HIM IN LIEU OF EXCHANGE OF NEW CAR AS I HAD DONE .
