We had visited Vasisht hot springs at Manali, when shopkeeper lured us in buying sparu blanket with 5 free gifts and exchange scheme 4 times in 2 years. If you give 5 more references you get an entire set free. On return we were made aware that there is no such animal as sparu. This rare animal species is totally imaginary. We paid 7600 Rs as down payment and 600 Rs as membership fees. The scheme was also available with initial down payment of 2000 Rs followed by balance payment on delivery.
