Shivam Newspaper Agency Greater Noida — Poor Services in Delivery of Newspaper for last more than two years

I am a veteran Colonel residing in Gurjinder Vihar, Sector Chi, Greater Noida the largest township in the area. The society has 2823 houses mostly occupied by senior officers from Army, Navy and Airforce. The current newspaper vendor is Shivam News Agency who is the only agency approved by your newspaper to provide services. the agency has been very poor in providing services where the paper is delivered only after 9:30 am daily and most times even after 10:30 am irrespective of the season. Despite numerous complaints and request the agency owner is very rude and discourteous and refuses to improve his services.
There are a large number of residents who raised similar complaints with the RWA but the vendor is exploiting his monopoly.
Please permit other vendors also to provide services in the area and atek action against the vendor
