Shivam Newspaper Agency — Poor Services in Delivery of Newspaper for last more than two years

This complaint is regarding the poor services by Shivam News paper agency in Greater Noida. The
newspaper agency has been providing various newspapers in AWHO colony, Gurjinder Vihar Sector
Chi Greater Noida for many years. However the papers are mostly always delivered after 9:30 am
and despite multiple request the agency head refuses to improve the time for delivery and instead
threatens the members to do whatever they want. When this issue was raised with the Times of
India ZOnal Head Mr Yogesh Sharma he said that the association has allowed him to provide services
and they cannot do anything. This type of behavior and services should not be permitted in our
civilized society. Please take action to ensure other better agencies are permitted to provide paper
in the area
