It was a group trip and started very late, when called for update the manager dint pick the call. They dint provide any proper update on guide no or bus details or food details prior to the trip. Once after receiving the money there is no response from the owner. It was a 3 day trip and 1st day at vagemon was very bad. no proper rooms and the organizers booked the package even without drinking water. We are made to walk 2km approx. to and fro to resort. They had cab facility but that was neglected. Even basic requirements were not satisfied. Ladies were not provided with proper restroom facility. Food was served in streets and it was raining but the organizers dint care in making alternate arrangements. They treated very badly as if trip was arranged for free. The guide has very poor attitude and dint provide bill after a lot of arguments gave bill but that too with guide signature. They spoiled the mood of the trip. The manager was Karthik his no is [protected]( initially he introduced as kishore then he told his name is karthik). The owner of the travels is Naveen and his contact no is [protected]. We paid almost 90% of the trip amount before travel but they kept on blaming we dint pay anything. They dint take any responsibility for their action. worst Tavel agency ever.
