Shivay Fab Website — Provided duplicate sarees and not returning my money

I bought 2 sarees from this sarees and paid 2998rs. When I checked I saw that they have sent me similar looking duplicate sarees. And I’m trying to reach them for retuning order, I am not getting any response from their side. I want my money back.

The saree material they mentioned is completely different than I received.

Also this site have 7 days return policy. I have sent mails and messages at times also tried calling them but not getting any reply from their side.

Also when I tried placing my reviews on their site it didn’t got placed. Also I’m feeling the customer reviews present on this site are fake.

Please help me to get my money back and to block this site and save others from falling to this site scam

Happened with me too. I have also given complaints. But these are fraudsters and now I don’t know how to get my money back. I ordered 2 nauvaris and got 2 Sarees which are not even 6meters. Please please block this website and help us get our money back.

Received wrong product delivered and now no one replying to messages and calls.
They people are very fraud... I spent 1600 money for this saree but its very 3 rd class. Nobody's reply on msg, call, and mail... Lot of msg sent to them but replied.
Please help me to get my money back and to block this site and save others from falling to this site scam.
Shivay fab is sending duplicate sarees to purchaser and also not responding for the return of product and refund of the purchased amount
