I purchased two sarees from shivayfab.com each worth Rs. 1499/-. The sarees that were delivered to me were of cheap quality. I felt like returning them by looking at the material. Both the sarees were not at all opened. On their website they have mentioned that they have 7 day return/exchange policy (https://www.shivayfab.com/policies/refund-policy). They mentioned on their website to send an email if the customer is not satisfied with the product. I have sent an email regarding my dis-satifaction and returning the product. I waited for 7 days to get a reply. They donot have a customer service number so i tried multiple times by email. They havent responded. The quality of material they provided is very cheap.
