On sept 7 i ordered a pair of shoes from an instagram website named shoe____fest contact no;[protected] .on 14 sept upon receiving the product by paying rs 1150 (200 advance and 950 cod) i saw the product was highly damaged torn soles, dirty laces and unstitched interiors. when i contacted the seller on instagram and whastapp showing pictures asking for exchange or refund he blocked me on both websites
