Shop 101 — Margin money stopped

Hi team.

I request you kindly put enquiry on shop 101. Because of their fraud activities. Today one of their customer care executive told me that management has taken decision to stop/ bar my margin amount until & unless I didn't apologize to their co partner and courier partner xpress bees. Because I raise complaint against them they are responsible for the rise in RTO graph from my I'd. They upload fake statements & behave rudely with customers.
What shop 101 on my complaint s.
1) Panelty implement upon me.
2) auto cancellation
3) Barred my mail I'd.
4) customer care executive didn't respond properly. Only one kind person as account manager who response kindly but management didn't listen to her.
5) customer care executive forced me to ask apologize to xpress bees. Only then margin has been released.
