Shop Cart India — Received different product and unable to contact the company for refund

I had ordered a Men Multi Pocket Cargo Pants in size 30, colour khaki, but the product I received completely differs from what I had ordered. The cargo pants I received do not match the product description or the images shown on the website. The colour, design, and style are all different.

Furthermore, I am unable to contact the company customer care through all the contact details provided on the bill and company website for returning the product.

Please help me in resolving the issue and getting a refund the company.

A shipment from order SIS#19794 has been delivered which is completely wrong item, As I ordered front buckle beautiful back push up bra pack of 4 and you deliver wrong item I paid Rs.800/- for this please refund my amount as early as possible. All pics are included in this mail with original order pic and wrong item pic.

Pease find herewith an enclosed attachment for your reference.

Same this happened to me. this website is totally fake. did you receive your refund ?
