Shop Darsh Store — Don't received product

I am purchasing a mini laptop via shop darsh store site and after payment I'm just only received mail till today aren't received my product, booking date 01/10/2021, it's showing to facebook site then I booked and puchase and made payment . but, till today I neither received my product nor any mail of this matter.
so, I want my money back or else gave me the product.
