I had purchased slim belt from shop TV at Rs. 998/- After receiving the product when used as shown on TV, however it does not work the way it was shown on TV or how it was told to me over the phone when I placed the order.
I wore it and did my housework and went for a walk, but I did not perspire at all. The quality of the finish of the product is also very poor as the stitches have already come off.
After using it & having not seen any results I'm convinced that the product is of no use and this company is a scandal who are there to make money at the cost of public by cheating them.
I had called contact centre and was informed that the product is not refundable. However the same was not informed to me when I placed the order. As per business ethics, they should have had the courtesy to keep me informed on such terms and conditions, knowing which I would not have placed the order in the first place and waste my money. I also wrote a complaint mail to them at [protected]@sdtvmail.com but they are so unprofessional that they didn't have the courtesy to revert back.
I wonder how such cheaters get license in the first place to do business?
If any of the company officials are reading this and please learn to be transparent in your business and have my money refunded as it's hard earned money unlike earned by cheating people like the way you'll do. Was this information helpful? |
