Complaint Details:
I placed an order on[protected] through Shop Kart for a Premium Polo T-shirt Pack of 4 ₹899(Order ID: #34409), and opted for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment. Invoice no: Retail46755
Invoice date :29/05/2025.
However, when the package arrived, I was shocked to find that the item delivered was completely wrong – a saree instead of the T-shirts I ordered.
Immediately after receiving the wrong product, I tried contacting the seller via the email provided on their website. Unfortunately, the email address is either nonexistent or invalid, as my message could not be delivered.
This has left me without any valid customer support and no way to get help.
Resolution Sought:
I am requesting either a full refund of the amount paid or a correct replacement of the item (Premium Polo T-shirt Pack of 4) as soon as possible.
