I had a very disappointing experience with Shop Mistry and want to warn other buyers. I placed an order for bag and shoes, accidentally placed an order for a smaller size.
I mailed them before dispatch, they refused stating they can't modify my order.
Later, when order was delivered, bag strap was also missing. So request to return the complete order and provide refund. They said they cant refund but can offer exchange, which the brand initially approved. They even asked me to pay the difference amount, which I did. However, after a long delay and multiple follow-ups for more than 2 months, they are now refusing the exchange, citing their B1G1 policy—something they never mentioned earlier.
This is a clear case of misrepresentation and unfair trade practice. Their customer service is unresponsive, and when confronted, they simply said they had "made a decision" without providing a resolution.
