I have already contacted them many times. they are not ready to listen. they are making fool of me.
This company called me on 5 August 2015 and told me that they are calling from intex company and will provide me intex mobile phone for Rs 3500. Accordingly i recieved the Cash on delivery parcel on 21 August 2015. I paid 3500 rs in post office But the package was empty and did not contain a mobile. After that even after repeated calls company is not responding. I want my money refunded and action taken against fraud company as it is misguiding customers.

My number is [protected]. I have company recording also. But consumer complaints people are saying recording not admissible in court. They suggested me to file FIR. but police saying why to get involved in all this.
