5th July I am trying to order from this site. At that time, my cart had 4 items, but unfortunately, 1 product was out of stock during payment. So that amount is deducted from my account, but the order is not complete. In the failing order section, it shows a refund process within 2 days (I pay through UPI).
After 2 days, the refund was not processed. I called customer care. One madam told me to please wait a maximum of 7 days. Sure, you will get your refund. In 7 days, I sent an e-mail for a fast refund, but no reply came.
After 7 days, I didn't receive any refund. Then I called customer care again. They told me to please send your transaction history and order page details through our mail and wait 24-48 hours. After 2 month, they didn't reply. There was no refund process.
Now 5 month have passed, they didn't process my refund
They didn't care about our time and money.
Just simply saying, "Please wait, we are going to give you our best."(Nowadays also not connect to call)
In this process, I also sent a message through Twitter, but there was also no reply.
I humbly request that you take this complaint at a priority level, and take action against this useless site, and also take action against the fine for unnecessary waiting time and hold my money.
I don't know how many Indians suffered from this bad service.
