On 31st of march I have ordered couple of wood working tools from shop2india.com but after that they haven't provided any information about my order, i tried asking for a details but all they told me was "From order date 4 working weeks" i know and saw that in shipping terms they mentioned that it'll take 3-4 weeks to fullfill the order but atleast they should update me with what's happening, i asked for the tracking ID of my shipment but they it's been for days im still waiting for the reply🥲, I'll attach the screenshot of invoice and whatsapp chat.
