Last month on 8th may 2017 i had transactions for purchase of mobile handset from shopaaj.com. My amount was deducted from my account. But so far i have not received any reply from the above site and neither my amount of rs 12499/ is refunded. I was supposed to get the handset within a week time but not received. When i contacted online i was told that it cannot be delivered as the stock was not available. Then i cancelled the order. I got reply from them that my order is cancelled and refund will be initiated within week. But so far not received my amount. And to my surprise i am unable to contact their number.
