I have raised a return request of a product included in order 18999880. It was delayed first by one month and i followed up with customer care multiple time to send someone to pickup the item. Then, after multiple follow ups the item was picked up but i haven't received any email or sms confirmation regarding the pick up of the item. I again called customer care and asked for the update on refund of the item but instead they told me story saying that they don't have any confirmation that the product was picked up by there agent. If it is a flaw in there system then why shall i struggle to get my amount which i paid for the item. Now, they are denying to refund the amount paid for the product.
