I had purchased redmi note 4 from shopazz.com.
100% payment was taken in advance.
Company cancelled the order unilaterally and is not giving back the refund.
From online search it appears that shopazz.com has duped a lot of innocent consumers and is using paytm to divert money.
It appears to be a full fledged systematic con in which a lot of innocent consumers have been fooled and are unlikely to get back their hard earned money.
I wonder how such cons take place and what sort of checks and balances are in place in india that allow such blatant scams allowing ecommerce sites to loot people of their money.
Someone has said very rightly. This happens only in india.
