I have ordered for one Swipe Ultimate 3G Intel 2-in-1 Detachable Laptop and Get Free Dell External Hard Disc 2999 SKU vide order No.[protected] on 28/08/02015. Till now I have not received the orderd item. When I try to contact over phone several time[protected] the same is switched off and there is no reply for 3 mails I have sent.l. I have lodged a complaint to paytm customer care and they verified the same and asked me to mail the bank statement copy from the date of debit to till date after that they send some emails and at last I got the refund amount through paytm on 22/09/2015.
