I purchased a product 'Internet Download Manager' from their site for 1, 200 rupees. The product was supposed to be activated on me which I can update and everything like the regular IDM software. The one they sent me was an OEM version which was no where specified on the site at that time. it didn't even came with a License key. It was activated on some other companies name. The software was OEM which is practically a Free software. They charged me 1, 200 rupees for that without even me knowing that it was an OEM version. I asked them for a refund for atleast 12-15 days ago, which they said they will comply with. I asked them 6-7 days ago about an update on my refund and they said they sent an refund request at that time. Till today I haven't received my refund and got no update on it.
