Hello,
I m Mrs Manisha Gupta I want to write a complain about that my oder no. is 1325293. I had ordered books of RN Podar School Mumbai. I had oder 3rd STD books but I have got 2nd STD books.
I have been calling u since when and after 20 min a staff then he replied and told told to write this. Before on 8th April also since when I was calling u a staff named Shurvas had picked n then also he had not written our complain n did not told to write a letter n told that your oder will arrive within 4to5 days.
Please give 3rd STD book as soon as possible n take away the wrong parcel.
I hope I must get your reply soon. Also give me my complain no.

For above mention order number i have not received Belt and Badge.
Also the customer care is not responding to emails and nor answering the calls.
