I had placed an order for 8 Port Fast Charging USB Charger on 16/08/2025 against Order No. FJ302195 and paid for it. I am yet to receive the item. Although the order confirmation and acknowledgement have been received, there is no traceability of the supply of this item. Unable to copy the Order Confirmation Link as such cannot be opened on the computer tab as it is showing : 403 Forbidden. There were numerous communications with their Customer care as well as Support Advisor but no one is still extending any help to resolve the matter. Only making false promises for more than a month and saying that one has to communicate with their stores directly. Although the redressal form was submitted no action has been taken by Shopify for their accredited stores Formnjoy. I simply feel cheated and need your help. The documents are being attached for your kindly taking necessary action against them.
