Hi,
I have done one transaction using razor pay transaction gateway On 16/11/2020 transaction number[protected] .
Post transaction I have waited for details related to my order placed with the merchant but they are not responding on call or via email . On connecting with them on Facebook I was informed that these are fraudulent websites using there Brand name Shopiiee for which they have also raised a complaint .
Considering razor pay as a trusted gateway we as customer easily trust a merchant/vendor but such incident raise concerns .
