I have ordered a mobile phone with cash on delivery 12000/-. I have paid and received the same. However phone is dead on arrival, i have immediately highlighted.. However post that no update nor any refund... I am mailing them and also calling them.. This guys not responding only.
I am continuously mailing and calling them... Only update received over email that they noted the issue.

Hi Rajarshi, did u get the refund, I have also received a dead phone yesterday, doesn't charge nor start. Have been trying to call but the guy who was in touch doesn't even pick up. Have sent a mail to them but no reply as of yet.

Please do let me know if there is anyway I can get my refund sorted.
