Shopkeepers — drain water overflow

Hi team, i santoshanand gupta & we all shopkeepers r/o 1249/8, parvatiya colony, saran road, near muskan sweet, nit faridabad suffering from high flow drain water overflow problem since last 5 months & there is no action taken yet to resolve the overflow.

We all are shopkeepers & according to mcf sweepers we don't deserve to run our shops somehow & therefore they never did their duty responsibily & the main drain water always overflows on roads & streets linked to it. They never cleaned main drain properly therefore main drain is always full of mud & block up to 100℅ & water flows on roads & sweepers always destroy our shop's footpaths & every time when we re-build new after new footpath of our shops for our customers your sweepers brings jcb machine & completely destroy drain, footpaths & main road & that jcb machine dug deeper than the drain actual depth & due to that drain water leaks to our shops roots & most of shops are bowed upwards road & may fall anytime & there may be several lost of our life's & assets.
Recently 5 months ago our main road is destroyed completely by mcf jcb machine to put another drain pipe to exit 60 feet nangla road drain & rain water & due to that thousands of passenger are injured till now but no one from mcf came yet to fix the road & drain. We are sick of irresponsibility of mcf employees. We also pay several taxes to government but yet non of single facility is provided to us from mcf.

We complained several times to our "parshad ms. Lalita yadav & vidhayak mr. Nagendra bhadana" but no one helped us.

Why we all shopkeepers are always on mcf gunpoint?
Are we criminals?
Doesn't we deserve to earn, eat & live our life normally?
Why we all are being tortured by mcf ever?
Are we the only who earn best in india?

It's our humble request to please take the action & do the needful as soon possible.
