Shopmantra Epay Kerala — ShopMantra Epay Kerala Fraud

Hi.
My mother got a call on 6th May 2016 from number - [protected]. A person from the other end said he is from SBI and informed us that we are been credited with 9000 points, we could purchase for Rs.9000 for free. He also asked for the Card no. my mom gave the details since he said Her name correctly and her mobile number was correct. Later we got an email asking to pay the amount. We got the courier which contained Bed sheet, shoes, wallet, belt, watch, t-shirt along with some card. We can't afford such a large amount. What should I now please help us.
