I saved Rs.5000 with much difficulty to buy a smart phone. So as soon as I saw the offer in YouTube advertisement by a Company called Shopmymobile.in for a Mobile named Nefon Q20 Ultra 5G model, I immediately paid for it. But when i tried contacting them no one picked the phone or responded for my messages or mail. Instead they only sent a dummy phone which can't be used also.
