Shopnik E-Service Private Limited — wrong product received

I have ordered a jbl pulse speaker and bose earpods from the above company via facebook link: www.shopndealz.co.in. when i received the product via courier, i paid him rs 1899. When i opened the box i was astonised to see that the jbl pulse and bose brand not delivered. This is a clear case of cheating. I want to replace the product with right one or return my money while taking the parcel back. I tried to call customer care, but they never pick up. Email sent also not answered. They have not given tax invoice.
Their gst number mentioned on the parcel packing is 07aazcs1605f1z6 delhi, ncr, 110085
