Horrible customer service

We have used the Shopnix platform (professional plan) for three years. When we wanted to revamp the template and gave them everything to move forward. They did not send us a quotation for long, told us that our phone calls would be returned, but they were not, and the person who picks up the phone on the number listed on the website is very unprofessional, and has lied outright on various occasions. We hope no other customer has to suffer...
