Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice, that i had received a gift rolex watch on 4th august 2020 the watch had a lot of scratches on it and i had spoken to mr. Sanjay and got it replaced.

The replacement watch i got was on 11th august 2020 but again it was a faulty product. I had a word with mr. Sanjay again and after a lot of discussions and arguments and followup i got the replacement product on 7th september 2020. Again it was a faulty product.

Now i have been chasing mr. Sanjay, for the refund as i tried getting replacements but now i am not keen for the product i want the refund for the same. I have been in contact with mr. Sanjay, he doesn't answer the calls he gives a lot of excuses and reasons which are not acceptable, reasons like i was not in office i dint had the phone with me.. Etc..

So i called up the number mentioned on the delivery paper and surprisingly its the number of the delivery company. Firstly tell me why is the number of the delivery company mentioned on the consignee name and not your company's number on it. Secondly i got miss. Khushi number from the delivery company. The delivery company person connected me to miss khushi after explaining her the entire situation she made me speak to mr. Piyush i explained him the same and he agreed to give me a refund he was not even ready to share his contact number this happened on 7th september and today is 11th september i haven't got any refund nor any email confirmation for my refund.

Today i had called miss khushi and asked for my refund she says our accounts team does not come on friday, saturday and sunday and by monday or tuesday you will get the refund, i asked her to send me an email confirmation for the same i haven't got any email from any one yet. No one in the organization wants to take the responsibility to solve the issues faced by the customer nor anyone is bothered to call upfrontly despite of numerous calls and messages. You guys are in the service industry but let me tell you its the worst kind of service i have ever seen in my life. None of the staff members have any kind of professionalism to talk stating their names mr. Sanjay, miss khushi, mr. Piyush, mr. Rahul, etc..

This is my last try to convey this to the organization that what is happening with the customers is absolutely wrong this is not the way to treat any customer and this is not the ethics to do business. I am going to file a complain if i dont get my refund. I want my refund and than only i will give the product back. Please find the attached photos for your references.
