Dear Sir,
I have ordered Iphone 13 pro max 512GB Sierra Blue from Shopphones.shop(website link provided) on 13 January 2022 but the Vendor has provided wrong phone Iphone 12 pro max (Golden Color) on January 19 2022.
Then they said they have provided wrong product by mistake and will send replacement.
Now they are continuously disconnecting calls nor replying to Samsung and whatsapp messages. The company number is [protected].
I think this company is fraud and misguided many people.
Please take appropriate action and help me to get new Iphone 13 pro max 512GB Sierra Blue from them
