I mohd rafiq attended the call from your customer service and open the mail link sent by your service provider and the i orderd bed sheet through online payment of rs 649/- but it not reached at my address when i contacted the customer, they assured but not send, after then they offer a led tv of sony with free of cost as lucky draw, but the customer service was fraud he take the amount rs 8499/- as gst process from my acct for sending the parcel, but till now i have not recd the parcel neither you credited the money in my acct as i contacted many times but all in vain, now you are requested plz refund the money raised 9148/-as earliest with no time, if not i will contact cyber crime.
