Shopping2cart.com — Ordered products which i did not get, they are saying we did not get payment when i already paid

Hello, i have bought mixer from shopping2cart.com. where they offered me free gift of Rs10, 500. and asked me to exchange it with other product by paying more. i paid Rs18000 in all. now they are saying they did not get payment so they did not shipped items. i also contacted EBS gateway payment support they are saying payment was made successful but the site is not accepting that they receive payment. Please help me get my money.
