I ordered a wristwatch priced at ₹1499 from Shopping Adda and also paid ₹100 in advance as a booking/confirmation amount. However, when the delivery arrived, I received a stone inside the package instead of the watch I had ordered.
This is a clear case of cheating and fraudulent selling practice.

I tried contacting the seller for resolution, but they are not responding and are refusing to replace the product or refund my money.

I request the Consumer Helpline to take necessary action against the seller for sending a wrong item, and kindly help me get a full refund of my amount along with appropriate action against the company for fraudulent activity.
