Faulty and damaged Velvet Air Sofa 5 in 1 has been delivered
to us by dealer Radhika (Mob [protected]).
Dealer has given assurance for 1 year warranty and 2 months money back guarantee for the product but now they are not replacing the product.
This product has been ordered online on 6th Feb 14 on shoppingdealz.in website and was delivered to us on 8th Feb 14. They are not receiving the calls and giving proper response for this faulty product.
We have order this product online with Order number : 1209 and paid Rs. 4725 for this. Online payment has been done to Kartz management.
Replacement no.: 4743 has been created for this product but never acknowledged.
i want my money back Rs 4725 or replace with a fresh piece.

I have purchased your product on 4th dec 2017 which was kept online and i committed to buy it but after receiving from Shoppingdealz i was literally dissappointed by this damazed and poor quality not at all suits for what i have spent on it
