[Resolved] Shoppinghomeindia — Unusual delay and uncourteous to customers queries | |||
An order for ERVAMATIN hair oil was placed for Rs.1445/- on 30.10.13 ordr. No 73105 However, neither the product nor the representative got back to us with in 24 Hrs. When contacted on phone the reply was curt and call is cut abruptly . Message received from the site after purchase is as below. I was send this product to Bhatinda but due this abnormal delay I have to send this again by courier this has caused unnecessary mental strain apart from financial loss and delay.
