Shoppingnsaving — Order no.8734 & 8726 dated 27 may 2015 against not refund the money not delivered the any product of Rs.24088 & 1999.

I was order on 27th of may 2015 against order no.8734 & 8726 of Rs.24088 & Rs.1999 purchase a 13 qty of product but after confirmation payment they called and told your order was cancle because you have booked in one id only five product your money will refunded in 48 hrs but i followup daily but they refund my money in four installment Rs.6000 receive dated 13th june 2015 and 2nd installment of Rs.6000 received on 2nd June 2015 after that they mail & promise me on 23 june 2015 your payment will be refunded before 30th june 2015 but till date no one reply and not refund money against order 8734 balance of Rs.12088. And order aganst 8726 of Rs.1999 they are giving reward point but no use of reward point if i did not received my product what a use of rewards point. I have all the proof of mail and they are cheated many people like me . please check againt sns complain. my no.[protected] Ramesh
